Production area: south of Lake Garda in the municipalities of Desenzano, Pozzolengo, Lonato and Peschiera.
Vine: 100% Turbiana
Soil composition: clayey and mineral-rich deposits.
Breeding systems: espalier with guyot pruning of the bow type.
Harvesting: manual, from the end of September.
Vinification: cold maceration of the grapes in a controlled atmosphere to avoid oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a regulated temperature and subsequent long fermentation on the yeasts.
Sensory profile: the colour is straw yellow, the scents offer floral sensations with hints of almonds. On the palate it is sapid and well-structured, supported by a lively acidity and intriguing sapidity.
Recommended pairings: appetizers, soups, white meats. Perfect with both lake and seafood dishes.
