Furlet  IGT Dolomiti Bianco

White wine obtained from the assemblage of the white vines representative of the company,

stylistic and territorial expression of our reality. The grapes used are

harvested by hand under careful sorting on the hills surrounding Riva del Garda.

Starting from this raw material we get to obtain a fresh wine, harmonious and

which expresses the authenticity of the Dolomite territory.

WINEMAKING
Harvest and selection of manual grapes, between the beginning and mid-September. Delicate pressing in whole bunches and flaking by natural sedimentation. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and barriques for the Chardonnay part. Aged for 6-7 months on fine yeasts in stainless steel casks (60%) and in barriques (40%). Assembly one month before bottling.

CHARACTER OF THE WINE
Colour: bright straw yellow with green hues
Bouquet: bouquet of white flowers with fruity notes reminiscent of peach and with a hint of vanilla that surrounds the whole making it more harmonious Flavour: even on the palate you can feel the aroma of peach and flowers that give this wine liveliness but also a distinct softness. The organoleptic profile is the result of a play between freshness, juiciness and mineral taste.
COMBINATIONS
Furlet Bianco is an excellent aperitif wine, fresh and inviting. It goes well with delicate appetizers based on vegetables and fish, or first courses ranging from pasta to tomato to strangles, typical of the Trentino tradition.
